About The Author:

Alex Grayson is originally from the south but has recently moved to Northern Ohio. Although she misses the warmth of Florida and often times detest the cold of Ohio she absolutely loves living in the north. Her and her husband bought a house on two acres of land and live there with their daughter, two dogs, two cats, and 8 ducks. She hopes to eventually get chickens and a couple of goats to add to their country way of living. Besides her family and home her next best passion is reading. She is often found with her nose obsessively stuck in a book, much to the frustration of her husband and daughter. On more than one occasion Alex found herself wanting a book to go a certain way, but it didn’t. With these thoughts in mind she decided to start writing stories according to her own visions. About Author:

H.S. Strickland is from a small town in South GA called Brunswick. She moved to SC when she was in her early teens and just recently made the move to Florida. She dragged her daughters, husband, and kitty along with her. H.S. has always had a passion for reading, but recently starting writing, although it has always been a dream. Her Nanny always told her to follow her dreams, which is how she got into writing. That and her characters were nagging to have their stories told. If you can’t find H.S. behind the keyboard making magic, you will find her chasing her daughters around the house. If not that then curled in her big red comfy chair reading. My title pretty much sums up my life the past week or two. Well, wow.
Easiest way to put it. I’ve had A LOT going on, and it’s broken my back to do it all. Not literally, but I’m over-dramatic.
Now, on to a little bit of books news 😉
I got the FINAL cover back for The Lost One, Dakota and Caden’s story, and to say I’m BLOWN AWAY by this cover is an understatement. I FLOVE IT! I am seriously in awe of Kim Black’s ability to take EXACTLY what I want and turn it into the beautiful, breathtaking cover that it is now. It is killing me to keep TLO’s cover from y’all, but I want to have a huge cover reveal, and get as many blogs involved as possible. I want their cover to spread far and wide.
Dakota and Caden’s story will be the last in the Intertwined Seduction series, and I’m terribly sad to let all of these characters go. I started with Mace and Araylia, and have come to Dakota and Caden. I’ve been with all of these wonderful characters for almost a year now, and I have no idea what I’m going to do without them in my head. I’m really sad to let these characters go, so I’m not going to do it.
Not yet.
*GASPS*
WHAT DID SHE JUST SAY?
That’s right, I don’t want to let the characters go, so I’m not going to. For those of you that have read all of the books so far, The Lucky Bullet and The Missing Pieces, I’m sure y’all remember Zane from TMP? If not, you should totally go read TMP. It’s suggested to read in order, but you don’t have to. All of the books can be read as standalones. So if you want to start with TMP, go for it!
Anyhoots, Zane from TMP. He’s getting his own story. It won’t be a part of the series, but Zane will be getting his own book. I have no idea who the female lead is going to be yet, but I know I’m just going to love her.
Also, a new character gets introduced in TLO and I’m strongly considering her getting her own story as well. It’s a nice way to keep all of the characters from the Intertwined Seduction series around, but new, fresh stories.
I hope that y’all like this idea. I am really excited about this news.
Zane and the new characters’ stories probably won’t be released until 2016 since I already have 3 stories lined up for 2015. Zane may come at the end of 2015, who knows. *Shrugs* I guess we shall see 😀
MORE NEWS!
I know, what the hell? MORE NEWS?! Lol. I’m sorry, I just haven’t shared much in the last month or so, therefore I have a pile of news to share.
So you’re probably wondering what the hell I’m going to do after finishing TLO, well I am here to tell you. I have TLO to finish sometime soon, and then I’m a part of this AWESOME anthology, and I will be creating a brand new story along with some other amazing authors. After that, I am working with another author close to me to create another beautiful story. I am so freaking excited to be working with this author to create a story together. This author and I have worked together in the past, but never to make a story! So this is going to be exciting and fun!
One last thing, I will be releasing the prologue and chapter 1 of The Lost One very, very soon, but only to my newsletter subscribers. Therefore, if you haven’t signed up yet you need to do so now! I hope everyone had a great, and safe, New Years Eve and an even better New Years Day! Recently the hubby and I have come to a decision that we are moving back to SC. Hubby is just having to much trouble finding a job in FL, and he has connections in SC.

So, we will be moving on January 10th and I will be out of contact until the 12th! I hate moving, it is seriously a pain in the butt! Packing, then driving 7 hours, then unpacking. Bleck.

Anyhoots, I thought I would let everyone know the good news!

So we had a lot of fun in the Strickland household. My two daughters (4 and 2) had a total ball! Quite literally considering Santa brought them a bouncy house with 100 balls to go with it, so they now have a ball pit/bouncy house. Plus a kitchen and a grill and a ton of other things. My eldest daughter (CarrotBear, she’s a red head!) got a small little tablet and her face was priceless when she opened the gift and realized what it was. My youngest daughter (BabyBear, the baby of the family) was all over the place. She couldn’t decide what she liked best, but she did enjoy the hell out of the bouncy house. Overall Christmas was a HUGE success and the girls loved it. I now have a ton of pictures to sort through and edit.

On another note, The Lucky Bullet and The Missing Pieces are BOTH on sale for $0.99! This will probably be the one and only time they go on sale, so get your copies while the price is low. I’ll leave the links at the end.

My sister, Alex Grayson, has her debut novel, Shatter Me, up for pre-order and you can also buy the paperback. I was very privileged to be able to read and soft edit this book and let me just say, you won’t be disappointed! I remember messaging Alex toward the end of the book and telling her, “How in the hell do you expect me to edit this damn book when I can’t even see the screen because of my tears?!” She was very pleased with my feedback, and that book was just a freaking AWESOME one, especially considering it is her FIRST book! My best friend, Kim Black, (who is also an author) finally got her new publishing services website up and running. She’s looking for business. She offers e-book covers, full jackets, formatting, editing, advice, etc. Her business is called TOJ Publishing Services on Facebook, which you know I will leave a link for below.

In other news, I am running a giveaway on my FB page for a signed PB of The Lucky Bullet and The Missing Pieces and some swag, for one winner and then I will go through and pick a few winners to receive an e-copy of either of my books. I will link that below too.
